Get ready to ditch your reds and greens for something less merry but equally beer-y – it’s time to celebrate Festivus, the holiday for the rest of us.

Expect a ‘meh’ trail that truly embodies the spirit of Festivus – half-hearted and possibly confusing. After a short trail, we will engage in some hash-style Feats of Strength with a Becharovka Mile. It’s like a beer mile but with Becharovka, a holiday-flavored liquor you never knew you didn’t need.

Following the Feats of Strength, we will erect the Festivus pole and commence with the traditional Airing of Grievances. This is your chance to tell your fellow hashers how they’ve disappointed you over the past year no matter how petty or trivial.

Circle outside Brentwood High School on White Ave at Stratford Ln.

What to Bring:

Dress code is Festivus casual – so basically whatever you were going to wear but with an air of disappointment. Remember, this is NOT a Christmas run, so leave your Santa hats and jingle bells at home. Instead, bring your usual hash gear, extremely low expectations, and your best grievances.
