On the subject of Cranium bands: I just wanted to let everyone know that we are in the process of ordering new cranium bands. We're out of 10's and low on others. The last time we ordered them, they (quite literally) came on a slow boat from China. It took months to get them. Yes, they should have been ordered earlier. That is why we are called MISmanagement. We will do our best to have one of our own cranium bands there whenever someone is on a very significant run so that we can present you with a cranium band on loan for the pictures and then we'll give you your cranium band when they arrive. Sorry, but have patience with us.
Thanks,
PMS

Hey all... Postage and I travel to other hashes quite a bit. This year we've been to Chicago, Waukesha Wi, Atlanta, Kansas City, Las Vegas, Colorado and last but not least Carbondale, IL. We've noticed this recurring theme from one hash to another. It's really quite awesome! During circle, hashers do sing and they don't talk. What a concept.... We should try it out here!
I don't know, do you think it would catch on???
But speaking of traveling, Pi Whole, Eat a Bloody Bitch, Puss 'n Boobs, Postage Tramp and myself (PMS) went to Colorado this past weekend for the Colorado Invihash. This was really quite an event to behold. The registration is limited to 250 hashers. Eight different Colorado hashes worked very hard to help to put this event together. It was beautiful. The trails were great. Each day we had a choice of a Ballbreaker trail, Eagle trail, Turkey Trail or a Fat Boy trail. The trails started at 9,700 feet and climbed from there (and climbed, and climbed). There was 100% shiggy and creek crossings. Chucky Cheeks R.A.'d. Those of you that know Chucky know that he rocks! You'd also be proud to know that the Big-Hump team won the Izzy Dizzy contest (which you can find out there on Utube). Our very own Pi Whole helped out the Colorado hashers since she once was one of them. If I ever get the pictures developed, I will be posting them. Anyway, if you start to think about traveling to other hashes, this is one to add to your list.
Next month we're On-On to D.C. and their little Red Dress Run. (Incidentally, we met up with a DC hasher in Colorado that asked if we knew of a "Poke My Heine" We're hoping to catch up with her up there)

I Wanna Ryder has come up with a wonderful idea for all of the parents out there. A Grommet Co-Op. Parents can take turns watching the hasher's grommets during Wednesday hash. Those with kids could each take turns watching the group of hasher's kids, so we don't have to worry about finding babysitters every week... like a grommet co-op : ) She wants to find out how much interest there is out there and she's willing to be the point of contact. What a thinker!

Well, thanks go to Viper for making the RFT come!!!
We've had a lot of interest due to the article and I think we're going to have a lot of newbies. Please be sure to introduce yourselves to all of the newbies and make them feel as welcome as was once done for us. Newbies, be prepared to entertain us with a joke or song.
